Welcome to Overdrive H ("Overdrive H," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software, Overdrive H (the "Software").

By accessing or using the Software, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Software.

We do not maintain detailed user activity logs. However, we store your hardware ID (HWID) when you complete the key system so we can identify your whitelist across sessions.

Your hardware ID is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for anything outside Overdrive H's own systems.

Overdrive H supports addons - user-created extensions that can add features or customize behavior. Addons are a powerful feature, and we have some strict rules around them.

By creating, sharing, or using addons for Overdrive H, you agree that:

• You may not sell addons for money, Robux, gift cards, crypto, or any other currency or value. Addons must be free to use and share.
• You may not create, distribute, or use addons that contain stealers or any other harmful or abusive functionality.
• You may not create or distribute addons that attempt to bypass Overdrive H security, premium tiers, or whitelisting, or that interfere with Overdrive H’s normal operation.

We reserve the right to:

• Permanently ban your Roblox account and Discord account from all of our products if you create or distribute harmful, malicious, or paywalled addons.
• Remove or block addons that violate these rules, without notice.

Addons are created and managed by the community, not by Overdrive H. We do not review or approve every addon.

You use third-party addons at your own risk.

Overdrive H is not liable for any data loss, account loss, bans, or other damage caused by third-party addons, even if they are shared in communities related to Overdrive H.

No. Refunds are not offered on Premium, Exclusive.

Before buying, please read what each tier includes and confirm your executor / device is compatible. If you're not sure, ask in Discord first - we're happy to help.

Premium and Exclusive access is tied to the account used at the time of purchase.

By purchasing any paid tier, you agree that:

• If your Roblox account is banned, deleted, compromised, or lost for any reason (including exploiting, violating Roblox ToS, or sharing your account), we are not responsible for those consequences.
• If you lose access to the Roblox account to activate Overdrive H, you will need to repurchase access on any new account or device.
• We do not transfer Premium/Exclusive between accounts and we do not “restore” paid access if you lose your account.

Only official builds of Overdrive H distributed through our official channels (website and official Discord) are supported by us.

We are not responsible for:

• Any damage, bans, data loss, or theft caused by fake loaders, modified versions, “leaked builds,” or other executors/scripts pretending to be Overdrive H.
• Any “Overdrive H” branded tools that were never released by us (stealers, etc.).
• Losses suffered because you ran unverified or unofficial downloads, or trusted third-party links instead of our official distribution channels.

Our community may create and share:

• Addons for Overdrive H.
• Configs (silent aim configs) that are posted or sold in the Overdrive H Discord server.

Some users sell configs and may collect limited user information as part of their sales process. To protect users, we enforce strict data collection rules.

If you sell configs in our community, you agree that:

• You may only collect basic identification/contact info, such as:
• Discord username and ID
• Roblox username and ID
• Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot, transaction ID) for Robux-only sales
• You may not collect sensitive information, including but not limited to:
• Real name, address, phone number
• Email address (unless it is purely optional and clearly stated)
• Passwords (Roblox, Discord, email, etc.)
• Payment card details, bank details, PayPal credentials, crypto wallet seed phrases
• You may only sell configs for Robux. Selling configs for real-world money, gift cards, or other off-platform value is not allowed in our community.

If you buy configs in our community, you agree that:

• Configs are for your personal use only on your own accounts.
• You may not leak, resell, share, or redistribute paid configs, whether for free or for any kind of value.
• If you are caught leaking or redistributing configs, we may:
• Ban you from the Overdrive H Discord server.

Remove or restrict your access to Overdrive H products and services.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any config seller or listing that violates these rules.
• Ban users from the Discord and Overdrive H products for collecting sensitive data or scamming other users.

By using Overdrive H, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any damages, expenses, or legal consequences resulting from your actions or any misuse of the Software.

Using this script to distribute or promote scam software is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

Yes. Any attempt to bypass, crack, redistribute, or circumvent our paywalls and protection layers will result in a permanent ban across all of our products, with no appeal.

This includes:

• Bypassing the key system
• Reverse-engineering protected modules
• Sharing or reselling paid functionality
• Distributing patched/modified builds
• Creating addons that attempt to unlock Premium/Exclusive features without paying
• Reselling or distributing paid licenses, keys, or access to Overdrive H in any way

You may gift credits to other users individually, as intended by the feature.

You may not sell credits for money, Robux, gift cards, crypto, or any other currency or value.

You may not mass distribute credits to large numbers of users (e.g., bulk giveaways used to bypass payment, farming schemes, or reselling operations).

You may not sell or redistribute your Overdrive H license or key, including "renting" access by letting others pay to use your license temporarily.

Any user caught selling credits, mass distributing credits for profit, or selling/redistributing a license will have their license permanently revoked and will be banned from using the product, with no appeal.

To use, purchase, or access Overdrive H in any capacity, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under this age are not permitted to use the Software, purchase Premium/Exclusive tiers, or participate in the Overdrive H Discord community.

By using Overdrive H, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement, and that any purchases made comply with the age policies of the platform used (e.g., Roblox, Discord) as well as applicable local laws.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the Software, our practices, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of Overdrive H after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Major changes will also be announced in our Discord.
